Releasing your cat/s – Please note on the day of your cat/s departure they will not be released to anyone other than their owners, unless prior consent has been obtained.
Emergency contact details – We ask that you kindly supply us with an emergency telephone number in case of an emergency and we’re unable to contact yourself, this can be a friend or a relative.

Please ensure you supply sufficient medication for the duration of you cats retreat, it’s better to have more than not enough.
Multiple cats sharing one chalet – When booking one chalet for more than one cat, you are giving consent for those cats to be housed together for the duration of the retreat. If I feel a cat is becoming stressed and has to be moved to an individual chalet, the owner will incur a charge for the number of chalets occupied for the duration of the retreat.
Fees – Fees are charged by the day, this includes the day of arrival and the day of departure. Payment to be paid in FULL on your ARRIVAL and can be paid by either CASH or CHEQUE.
In the event of owners coming in later, or returning earlier, the FULL period for which the chalet is booked or used will be charged.

In the sad case that a cat is not collected or no communication is received within 7 days of the collection date , Craven Cats’ Lodge will have the authority to assume ownership and hand over your cat/s to a suitable animal charity to be re homed. The owner will be responsible for any costs occurred in doing this and any unpaid fees will still be due and will be pursued.
More than one cat sharing a chalet – Sharing is only available to compatible cats from the same house hold. It is IMPORTANT that if the owner has any concerns, that they make arrangements for separate chalets at the time of booking. If I feel a cat is becoming stressed and has to be moved to an individual chalet, the owner will incur a charge for the number of chalets occupied for the duration of the retreat.

Carriers – Cats must arrive in secure sturdy carriers, which will stay with Craven Cats’ Lodge for the duration of their retreat.
Vets Details – We will request your vet’s details on arrival so that we can contact them in the unfortunate event of your cat becoming ill during its retreat with us. If your vet isn’t local or we are unable to contact them, we will use our own vet who offers a 24 hour service. All costs occurred will be payable upon collection.
Death of a Cat – In the very unlikely and unfortunate event of a cat dying whilst under the care of Craven Cats’ Lodge, we will make every effort to inform YOU immediately, if unable to do so we will then try and contact the authorised emergency contact and take your cat to your veterinary surgery (if local) or ours if not for the appropriate services.
